The registration will open in the week of March 15, 2021. The registration fee will cover your online attendance.
All who wish to attend the conference must register and pay the registration fees via the PaperCept registration page.
Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of at least one of the paper co-authors, otherwise the paper will not be included in the conference program. The registration fee must be paid within the deadline for final upload of accepted papers.
For all other participants, it is suggested to complete the regular registration by May 31st.
The organisers have decided that the ECC 2021 will be a fully online conference. We regret that due to the Covid-19 situation we have been forced to change the planned hybrid meeting into a full online event.

Full registrations include: access to the virtual venue, electronic proceedings, live sessions, and on-demand presentations, up to 2 papers uploads (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s)); 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost (see the item Registration and paper below for details).
Student registrations include: access to the virtual venue, electronic proceedings, live sessions, and on-demand presentations, up to 1 paper upload (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper); 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost (see the item Registration and paper below for details).
Participants with an accepted extended abstract are required to register for the conference (with paper) and to complete their final upload within the deadline (April 6, 2021).
Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of one of the paper co-authors. The corresponding registration fee must be paid within the deadline of the final upload of the accepted paper. Accepted papers which are not associated to a registration of one of the co-authors will neither be included in the conference program nor in the proceedings.
Each full registration allows to upload 2 final papers maximum. Each student registration allows to upload up to 1 final paper. The registrant must be an author of all the papers associated to their registration.
Paper uploads in addition to those included with each registration are possible at an extra cost of $240 per paper. Each extra upload has to fulfill all requirements of a regular upload.
The final paper length is limited to 6 pages. A maximum of up to 2 extra pages (for a maximum length of 8 pages per paper) is allowed. Extra pages require the payment of over-length page fees at a cost of $120 for each extra page. Please note that authors first need to complete the final submission information for their paper. When they have done that, the excess page charges will automatically appear in the cart.
The workshops will be organized on June 29th, 2021, the day before the official opening of the conference. The workshops will be virtual, more information will become available soon.

All authors of accepted papers will have the option to request an invitation letter via email with the subject “Invitation letter request NAME SURNAME”. The invitation letter can be used to obtain a travel visa if required. Please note that only conference registrants will be issued the standard invitation letter. We regret that we are unable to provide customized letters.
No refund of the registration fee is possible.
Transferring a registration is possible. A student can transfer her/his registration only to another student. Please contact the secretariat via email at email@example.com for further information.
The EUCA Student Support Program is meant to enable promising students to attend the European Control Conference (ECC), present their papers, and become more integrated into the scientific community. Particular focus is on supporting students with low income whose attendance cannot be funded from other sources.

In addition, the selection committee may decide to limit support where more than one presenter from the same institution would otherwise be offered support to attend the same conference.
